Gov Nwifuru’s Supreme Court Victory: Majority Leader, SA Security Describe Judgement As Victory For Democracy
The Ebonyi State House of Assembly Leader, Rt. Hon Kingsley Ikoro and the Special Assistant to the Governor on Internal Security, Ivo LGA, Chief Ikeh Cletus have described the victory of the Ebonyi State Governor Rt Hon Francis Nwifuru at the Supreme Court as Victory for Democracy.
Hon Ikoro and Chief Ike noted that with the legal battle over, the Governor will be more poised and committed to deliver more Democratic dividends to the people of the State.
According to the Special Assistant, I heartily congratulate our dear Governor, Rt. Hon. Francis Nwifuru on the affirmation of his overwhelming victory at the Supreme Court.
“Indeed, this landmark judgement is a total authentication of the massive support of Ebonyi people expressed at the gubernatorial election and a confirmation of your mandate as the divine will of God.
“More so, this judgement is also a reinforcement of the total confidence of Ebonyi people on you as their choicest candidate and All Progressives Congress (APC) as the rightful party in Ebonyi State.
He maintained that undoubtedly, the victory is a good development for the advancement of democracy not only in Ebonyi State but in Nigeria and Africa.
On his part, Rt. Hon Ikoro Representing, Afikpo North West described Gov Nwifuru as an idea which its time has arrived.
“The people of Ebonyi State have already come to acknowledge and attest to the skillful approach to governance the Governor is deploying in his job which like the Eagle is quite admirable.
“Ebonyians have been assured that the same dexterous manner and new eagerness with which Governor Nwifuru has shown his antagonists in the prosecution of the cases in court bears testimony to the protective approach he is naturally endowed to see to the safety of the good people of Ebonyi State and their property.
